After completing the purchase of a well-known local and privately owned semi-custom home builder, William Lyon Homes wanted to introduce itself to the Denver market, while broadening its product portfolio to attract first and first-time move-up home buyers. The result was Avion—a flagship community close to Denver International Airport featuring four new product lines, and totaling 698 homes. With a vibrant color palette, and a fresh, recognizable look and feel, we positioned Avion as the place “Where life takes off.” And, speaking of taking off, sales at Avion have exceeded expectations since day one.
