Milesbrand wrote the initial vision and branding strategy for this private, gated community in 2007 and has continued to market it for 10 years, producing over 1,000 sales. Bordering an 8,000-acre wilderness area, the community name and tagline were created to reinforce the benefit of living next to this remarkable amenity.
