Tracy Yeadon has dedicated her professional career to achieving unprecedented sales results in new homebuilding. Before joining Milesbrand as the Managing Partner of Milesbrand Sales, Tracy was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for C.P. Morgan, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, where she worked for over 10 years.

There, she developed and implemented a sales franchise model that grew the company’s new sales to the number one position in the Charlotte marketplace within 18 months of entry, creating $231 million in net sales revenue. Tracy is an expert in developing sales platforms, recruiting and developing top-notch sales teams, and ensuring execution in a supportive, motivating environment.

Tracy’s ability to lead teams to sales excellence has resulted in conversion rates between 28% to 38%.
